Description

Two layers of dark chocolate cake are layered with a caramel buttercream icing. The cake is iced in a fudge icing and topped with crushed toffee, pecans and chocolate chips. The final touch is a lattice design with alternating lines of chocolate ganache and caramel on top and shaved chocolate around the outside edge.
